Malts of Germany Batch 2 Fading Hill 6 Jahre - Birkenhof Brennerei German Whisky Distillery.

Gereift in Bourbon und Oloroso-Sherry Casks.

Aromen: In der Nase sehr harmonisch. Die hellfruchtigen Komponenten werden von würzigen Noten sowie einem Hauch Vanille eingefangen.

Geschmack: Im Mund ist der Alkohol präsent und sehr gut eingebunden. Neben einer malzigen Süße und würzigen Komponenten zeigen sich getrocknete helle Früchte, Apfel und Birne sowie Vanillenoten. Ein vielschichtiger spannender Whisky, der sich im Mund ausbreitet, Raum einnimmt und sich ausbalanciert präsentiert.
